If your environment or operation is complex, basic Lean tools and techniques may not be enough to tackle the problem. Our team includes Lean Six Sigma experts (Master Black Belt level) who offer the type of support needed and provide specific technical support to resolve complex problems. We also help clients to build this capability for themselves by developing Lean Six Sigma training programmes ranging from Yellow Belt, Green Belt, and Master Black Belt, as well as Design for Six Sigma and Robust Design.

Yellow Belt Training

Yellow Belt Digital BadgeAt the end of this 3-day course, delegates will be able to recognise the phases and steps in a Lean Six Sigma project, know when and how to use certain tools from the tool-set, and contribute skills and knowledge to ensure success in improvement projects.
