Our support usually begins at the very start of a Lean journey when we are asked by clients to help develop and support organisation-wide Lean Strategies. Using our approach of Understand, Collaborate, Improve and Sustain we use a range of effective tools and mechanisms that support the development of Lean Sigma.
Once we’ve helped develop a Lean strategy, we support the ongoing deployment of Lean. However, if you’ve already embarked on your own Lean journey we can support this too. Our team of Lean Experts can guide you through the journey and help avoid pitfalls, maximise benefits and ensure sustainability.
Are you looking to assess the maturity of your existing adoption of Lean Sigma? Some of our clients look to assess their adoption of Lean, either because of lack of perceived progress or from pressure from Customers and Clients. Our Lean Maturity assessment tool allows us to measure Lean deployment, diagnose effectiveness and identify improvements. Our assessment includes reviewing Lean skills and experience across your workforce, allowing us to build a training programme to meet your needs.
Are you as Lean as you think you are?
Do you think that you operate a truly Lean organisation? We challenge you to take our Lean assessment to see how Lean you really are! Our Lean assessment is quick and easy to use and asks you to score against ten key characteristics of a successful and sustainable Lean organisation. Want to take the challenge then CLICK HERE.
If your environment or operation is complex, and basic Lean tools and techniques may not be enough to tackle the problem. Our team includes Lean Six Sigma experts (Master Black Belt level) who offer the type of support needed and provide specific technical support to resolve complex problems. We also help clients to build this capability for themselves by developing training programmes ranging from Yellow Belt, Green Belt and Master Black Belt, as well as Design for Six Sigma and Robust Design.
We offer our delegates Digital Badges on completion of Lean and Six Sigma training. Our digital badges adhere to the Open Badge standard, enabling learners to present accomplishment or certification as one that is authentic, verifiable and industry recognised.
We have extensive experience in supporting Clients to use Lean Collaborative Planning to drive significant improvements and reductions in infrastructure and construction schemes.
Lean Collaborative Planning is founded on the belief that to achieve the high-level targets a team must achieve high reliability on daily and weekly tasks. Lean Collaborative Planning works to get consensus and agreement on how work will be scheduled and aims to deliver better value to the customer, increase satisfaction and remove waste from work processes to reduce time and cost.
