The primary aim is to create communities of interest in Lean and Leadership; a place to share best practice, new ideas and interesting content relating to the utilisation of Lean and performance improvement.
We facilitate the discussion relating to the use, application and impact of Lean and Performance Improvement.
It’s something that anyone can contribute material to that they think might be pertinent to the group. We will manage the dissemination of any content and in addition do our best to provide impartial advice and expertise. We will send you one email a month covering something topical on Lean or Leadership, useful tools and techniques, or learning and experiences from other members of the community, as well as the opportunity to share your own experiences and successes.
Where possible we will seek to provide whatever the community has a desire for. We will not allow this to become a selling platform for ourselves or anyone else. Whilst we are happy to work with you if you have a need for our services, any sales conversations with us must be initiated by you and will be conducted outside of this community.
