Bourton Group have been supporting international business transformation projects for over 50 years by collaborating with a small number of like minded organisations. In 2007 we launched a joint venture operation in India. Bourton Group India is a specialist Lean performance improvement company enabling dramatic change in strategy development and deployment, operational improvement and asset utilisation.
We are a founder member of the International Consulting Network (ICN) and offer our clients a network with offices throughout Europe, America and the Far East, including India and China. ICN relies on local experts in particular regions with experienced multinational teams and time-tested approaches. For more than 10 years, we have been jointly carrying out advisory projects with the same, proven methodology. All members can operate both independently and collaboratively to provide the best support to our clients.
