Our International Partnerships

Bourton Group have been supporting international business transformation projects for over 50 years by collaborating with a small number of like minded organisations. We are able to offer our clients the best in sector specialism, consulting capability and international expertise to support global programmes of change and performance improvement.

In 2007 we launched a joint venture operation in India. Bourton Group India is a specialist Lean performance improvement company enabling dramatic change in strategy development and deployment, operational improvement and asset utilisation.

We are a founder member of the International Consulting Network (ICN) and offer our clients a network with offices throughout Europe, America and the Far East, including India and China. ICN relies on local experts in particular regions with experienced multinational teams and time-tested approaches. For more than 10 years, we have been jointly carrying out advisory projects with the same, proven methodology. All members can operate both independently and collaboratively to provide the best support to our clients.

The MCA Consulting Excellence is a positive initiative, developed by firms that are committed to doing the right thing.  We have committed to the MCA ‘Consulting Excellence’ Principles to give assurance to our clients that our firm and consultants behave ethically and professionally.

We have been active members of the Management Consultancies Association (MCA) since the mid-1980s. The MCA has strict entry requirements, and only established consultancies are considered for membership.

Consulting Excellence is the ground-breaking new scheme for the UK’s leading management consulting firms. It represents a significant shift for the industry. We have adopted the 12 Principles of Consulting Excellence and integrated them into the management and development of our staff. MCA membership allows us to continuously enhance our services by benchmarking our performance against others in the industry.

Net Promoter Score – Satisfaction Measured

We analyse customer feedback via a Net Promoter Score evaluation which is fed back at monthly management meetings.

This analysis allows us to track individual consultants, projects, clients and service types.  Our current NPS is 90 against a Retently 2019 benchmark for Consulting of 53.
