It looks like 2019 is off to a flying start for Bourton Group
It’s only a couple months since The Financial Times named us as one of the Leading UK Consultancy Firms for the 2nd year running.
And now, Bourton Group is celebrating having scooped the 2019 MCA Award for Performance Improvement in the Private Sector. Our submission featured an organisation wide Business Improvement Programme with our client Cambridge Assessment, an international exams group.
Cambridge Assessment were particularly impressed with our ability to focus the approach on real challenges experienced in their business, achieving and exceeding the objectives that they set. In total the organisation made a saving of £1.7m over two years. One project which focused on the process between printing and packing the exam papers, saved in the region of £400,000 alone.
Tamzen Isacsson, Chief Executive MCA, said “Engaging the expertise of consultants is a way of increasing value” which adds “capacity, expertise and experience in a way the country can afford.” A video championing the value of consulting was played at the awards ceremony and can be seen here.
We are so proud of our consulting team and delighted to work with such interesting clients: the year ahead is already packed with more fascinating challenges for us and our clients, and we can’t wait!
