One of the key tools we are currently deploying on projects with a number of our clients is actually very simple – in fact almost so obvious it can easily be missed. It is the focus on the small day to day issues that hamper or hinder the completion of work. Periodic, regular contact by the Team Leader or Manager with each member of the work group.

What can it be used for?

  • To check on the status of key parameters.
  • To provide an opportunity for each employee to get support or report problems without being a ‘pest’ or having to leave their work area.
  • To determine if prior problems have been resolved.
  • To ensure that ‘little’ problems or issues are highlighted.
