Bourton Group LLP is delighted to announce that Sharon Banks has joined its consulting team as an Associate Senior Consultant.
Sharon is a Lean expert with extensive experience of working in Government agencies at a senior level for many years. During her career, Sharon has led large national teams in operations management, project and portfolio management, HR, business transformation, and for the last 18 years strategic Lean deployment. Sharon has previously worked within the Child Support Reform programme and HR Operational Design before having a key role as Senior Lean Practitioner, all at DWP.

Working with Sharon over the last few years has given us an insight into her skills, knowledge, and capabilities.
