that combined strategic advice and challenge to the Board, coaching to key business
leaders and leadership development successfully. Working with the board, we
designed a recruitment and development process for a new Managing Director and
new board members. Lean Thinking and Lean Leadership was embedded through a
targeted bespoke top leaders programme that aligned to their business performance improvement strategy
