Keith Bissett, Chairman
Keith Bissett is Chairman of Bourton Group and a seasoned practitioner in change management and Lean deployment. He has over 20 years’ experience in consultancy working in the public and private sectors.
Keith has a Diploma in Management Studies and is a Member of the Institute of Management, CIPD, IPD, IOD and a Fellow of the RSA.
He works with several universities in assisting research programmes in Best Practice, sits on the Warwickshire Magistrates Advisory Committee and is a Governor on the Audit Committee of Coventry University. He is also a Council Member for the Management Consultancies Association.
Stuart Smith, Managing Director
Stuart Smith is Managing Director of Bourton Group and our subsidiary company The Six Sigma Group. He has over 20 years’ consulting experience in a range of industry sectors and has worked with many clients leading and implementing strategic change programmes as well as Six Sigma and Lean deployments.
Stuart has held board level appointments and managed organisational change and performance improvement programmes throughout his career in industry. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt, a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and has a BA (Hons) in business studies.
Martin Green, Operations Director
Martin Green is Operations Director of Bourton Group and has over 14 years’ experience in consultancy. He has advised and led numerous major change and transformation projects. He has particular expertise in the strategic deployment of Lean in both the public and private sector.
Martin entered consultancy after a successful career in industry at board level, with experience in operations and marketing.
He has an Honours degree in Engineering, an MBA and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Jim Cresswell, Finance Director & Company Secretary
Jim Cresswell is Finance Director & Company Secretary of Bourton Group and has over 15 years’ experience of the management and implementation of financial systems and procedures.
