In 2007 we launched a joint venture operation in India. Bourton Group India is a specialist Lean performance improvement company enabling dramatic change in strategy development and deployment, operational improvement and asset utilisation.

We are a founder member of the International Consulting Network (ICN) and offer our clients a network with offices throughout Europe, America and the Far East, including India and China.

ICN relies on local experts with many years of industry and management expertise in particular regions. The advantage of our partner network lies in the experienced, multinational teams and time-tested processes. For more than 10 years, we have been jointly carrying out advisory projects with the same, proven methodology. Our formation ensures all members can both independently and collaboratively provide the very best and most focused support to our clients.

We have been active members of the Management Consultancies Association (MCA) since the mid 1980’s. Entry requirements to the MCA are strict and only established consultancies are considered for membership.

We have signed up to the MCA ‘Consulting Excellence’ that ensures professional consultants and firms behave ethically and professionally. We have adopted the Nine Principles of Consulting Excellence and embedded them into the management and development of our staff. MCA membership enables us to continuously improve our services by benchmarking our performance against others in the industry.

Crown Commercial Services Supplier

Bourton Group LLP has been named on the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Management Consultancy Framework.

Public sector organisations can now access our Business Consultancy Services through  LOT 1 of the framework also known as RM3741.

CCS supports the Public Sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring services.  The framework is available to all central Government departments and arm’s-length bodies (ALMO’s), non-departmental public bodies, Executive Agencies and other organisations across the whole of the UK public sector including health, local government, education, devolved administrations, emergency services and not-for-profit organisations.
