Process FMEA – A step by step guide to facilitating continuous improvement by driving down errors and rework

A Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) is a structured analytical tool used by teams to identify and evaluate the potential failures of a process. PFMEA helps to establish the impact of the failure, and identify and prioritise the actions to eliminate or reduce its impact on both the business and its customers.
