Using our Leadership Framework, based around Focus, Structure, Discipline and Ownership we define leadership roles and enable more effective ways of working. We diagnose current capability, develop new behavioural frameworks, deliver skills development workshops and provide targeted leadership performance coaching. We use a wide range of tools and techniques, including 20 Keys of Leadership®, Leadership Wastes and personality profiling. Our leadership development activity can be linked to accreditation with the Institute of Leadership and Management. |
