Six Sigma Green to Black Belt Conversion

The Black Belt Conversion Programme has been specifically designed to up-skill Green Belts to Black Belt capability. At the end of this programme, delegates will have received additional training to bridge the gaps between Green Belt and Black Belt technical competency, provide mentorship to Green Belts managing Green Belt level projects and manage Black Belt level projects.
Who should attend this course?
People who have already achieved Green Belt status, including Minitab training to GB level and completion of at least one GB project
What will you take away?
- an advanced understanding of Six Sigma, including the more complex statistical tools
- input on how to manage stakeholders and teams to deliver results
- full awareness of the role of the Black Belt in projects
- an understanding of the other typical roles in a Six Sigma deployment
On completion of the Black Belt Conversion training a Certificate of Attendance will be awarded provided that the delegate has achieved 100% attendance.
For an additional cost candidates can apply for a Black Belt Certificate of Competence. This requires the candidate to take a written test and submit a project report for assessment.
