Green to Black Belt Conversion

This course provides a route for trained Green Belts to up-skill to Black Belt level and achieve full certification status.

Who should attend this course?

People who have already achieved Green Belt status including:

  • Minitab training to Green Belt level
  • Completion of at least one Green Belt project

What will attendees take away?

  • An advanced understanding of Six Sigma, including the more complex statistical tools
  • How to manage teams to deliver results
  • How to manage stakeholders
  • Their role in the project
  • Other typical roles in a Six Sigma deployment

This is an efficient way to obtain Black Belt status if you are already a competent Green Belt. This programme includes distance learning and tutored training that focuses on the more advanced tools and techniques that any Black Belt should understand and be able to use.

It also includes the ‘softer’ skills of team working, leadership and stakeholder management that are so important to the success of Six Sigma.

The programme incorporates 2 days distance learning and a further 2 modules of 3 days tutor training which leads to Certification.
