Black Belt Training comprises four 5-day modules based around the DMAICT (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control and Transfer) Improvement Process. Each module is separated by approximately one month so that delegates can put into practice what they have learnt. It is advisable that attendees arrive with an outline project in order that they can receive advice and guidance during the first module. Attendees must have access to a laptop computer installed with Minitab. A copy of Minitab can be provided at cost.
