Executive Awareness Workshops (1 day)
This introductory workshop has been designed as a launch session for organisations starting to deploy Lean. The aims of the workshop are typically:
- To engage all members of the Executive Team in the deployment of Lean within their business
- To provide a basic Lean education for Executive Team members
- To identify resource and other implementation issues
- To agree potential implementation plans
- To set performance improvement targets

- Specific Senior managers with a specific interest or involvement in the Lean Deployment

- A basic understanding of Lean sufficient to enable them to engage and participate in deployment
