Lean Awareness Workshop (1-3 days)

This workshop has been designed as a means of providing education in Lean, its principles, its history and the various tools and techniques that are associated with it.

This approach can be used at various stages of a Lean deployment within a business. At the earliest stages, it can be used as a means of providing basic understanding to a business considering using Lean as a performance improvement vehicle. During a Lean deployment, it can be used as a pre-cursor to the formal implementation phase for a specific department or team of employees set to participate in a Lean implementation.

The modular approach means that the content and depth covered by the workshop can be flexed to match the needs of the attendees and the specific phase of any Lean deployment they are in.

As with all Lean training sessions and events, we deploy a range of training vehicles to educate and enlighten attendees. This includes use of video, case studies, simulation activities and hands on participation by all attendees.
