London (UK) 8th August 2016 – The International Consulting Network (ICN) Board of Directors confirms the appointment of Keith Bissett as new Chairman following the retirement of David Pheasey.

The Board took the opportunity to thank David for his achievements over the previous two years in creating a strong foundation from which the ICN can continue to develop and grow. David was officially appointed as the ICN’s first Chairman in October 2014 having worked alongside many of the ICN Directors for 30 years.

David Pheasey said “The International Consulting Network has provided us with the credibility and resources to win and deliver global projects involving the USA, South America, Europe, the Middle and Far East. The ICN now needs to develop as a brand and generate more of this type of business. I have known and worked with Keith for some time and have confidence that he will be a brilliant ICN Chairman.”

The Board would like to welcome Keith as its new Chairman and believe he is uniquely qualified to build on the progress made over the previous two years. Keith is currently Chairman of Bourton Group, Deputy Chair of Governors at Coventry University and a Council Member for the Management Consultancies Association (MCA). Like David, he has a long history with many of the ICN Directors and commented on his appointment “I’m delighted to be taking over the stewardship of the International Consulting Network from David. I believe we have a first- class team to deliver sustainable value to our clients on a global basis. I will be working with all the ICN partners to deliver this to our current and future client base.”

Speaking on behalf of his co-Directors, Richard Wardle confirmed that “The appointment of Keith as Chairman builds on the Board’s desire to create innovative solutions for global clients based on a powerful combination of local knowledge and operational expertise.”
