Lean Case Study - Regional Development Agency

On behalf of this Regional Development Agency we have undertaken a number of assignments including shop floor improvements, lean training and new product introduction.  In addition we have also designed and delivered Leadership Development programmes covering various skills and structures aimed at improving operational effectiveness and delivering organisational change.  

These programmes have been delivered to various clients such as Corus, Electrolux, Explorer, Alvis Vickers and BAE Systems as part of a wider change management programme.
