Lean Case Study - Business Services Company

This client, a highly successful  web and paper based business directory service, wanted to add some lean skills to it’s central process modelling/improvement team. 

Bourton Group trained the team in lean techniques, including Value Stream Mapping, Lean Daily Management System, 8 Wastes and Kaizen. 

We helped the team to identify a pilot area for improvement and facilitated a highly successful Kaizen Blitz. 

The team have adopted the lean techniques and have said that they are proving to be a very valuable set of additional techniques in their toolkit.
