Lean Kit Bag

An integrated part of our Lean implementation approach, the Lean Kitbag reinforces the learning back in the workplace.  This Lean Kitbag is given to the work teams to provide a physical reminder of Lean Learning via laminates, books, handouts and facilitation equipment.  It covers areas such as:

• Hard Lean tools eg 5S, 8 Wastes, SMED, TPM, Value Stream Mapping, Red Tagging. 
• Soft Lean tools eg Support/challenge, active listening, intent and impact, Grow Coaching. 
• Textbooks and articles, eg Lean Thinking, Office Kaizen and Zapp.
• Lean facilitators equipment.
