Learning Needs Analysis

We help organisations to develop and implement effective learning & development strategies.  We help teams and individuals to realise their potential, improve their knowledge, skills and competence in critical areas and/or adapt to new ways of working in the context of organisational change. 

Many of our clients seek help with succession planning for key senior roles in their organisations; we can help to provide fair and open processes for the identification of people with potential for greater responsibility and follow through with intensive development to help accelerate the achievement of their goals.

Once Personal Development Plans are underway we act as coaches and mentors. We can also help clients to develop their own coaching and mentoring capabilities. 

We also draw on our Training and Development practice to provide training interventions in support of Personal Development Plans.
