Assessment & Selection

We advocate the use of psychometric testing and assessment centre techniques in selecting for key roles, whether from internal re-organisations or when recruiting external candidates. Our specialist HR consultants and business psychologists are experienced in delivering these services across a spectrum of private and public sector clients, large and small.  Our team are qualified to use a comprehensive and complementary range of psychometric tools and techniques.
