The event was a great success with particularly positive feedback on Derek Drysdale’s presentation and the value of the Knowledge Forum sessions that we ran.
A video clip and more detailed summary will follow shortly – along with an overview of the results of a Performance Improvement Profiler survey completed by attendees, which showed that there is a clear challenge to improve processes across the sector.
