Bourton Group LLP welcomes new addition to Management Board.

Bourton Group LLP are delighted to announce that Julian Hynd has joined the management board as a non-executive Adviser.
Managing Partner, Mike Notman said: “I am delighted that Julian has joined us to help with our strategy for growth and development. I welcome his counsel and advice, and I know his expertise will prove invaluable as we take the next steps in our development as a boutique expert practice and continue to develop our operational management consulting services.”
Julian has extensive experience of developing strategy and leading significant change programmes that have delivered tangible and sustained results, across many sectors. A long-time advocate of the role that management consultants can play in organisations, Julian spent two years as a member of the Advisory Board of the Management Consultancies Association (MCA).
Julian has previously worked at Siemens, NS&I, Ford Credit Europe and most recently, as an Executive Director at VW Financial Services (UK).
Julian said: “I am honoured by the opportunity to join Bourton Group. I have long admired their values and the professional approach they take with their clients, and I am very much looking forward to helping the team grow and develop the business.”
